Based in our New York office, Stephanie works with candidates and clients across all industries, including higher education, nonprofit, healthcare, and pharma. As an Associate Client Partner, she leads search execution, providing strategic counsel to hiring managers and sourcing top talent. Stephanie also supports research efforts on high-level searches.

 

Stephanie earned her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Sacred Heart University and her MPA from Marist College. Prior to joining Heyman Associates, she began her career in higher education, including a few years working in Italy. The move to executive search was the perfect opportunity to connect with fascinating people and partner with great organizations and companies.

 

A Long Island native, Stephanie enjoys a good bagel on the weekend and visiting the beach or a local vineyard. When she’s not watching French or Italian foreign films and TV shows, she is thinking about her next trip abroad. Stephanie and her husband are proud dog parents to their Catahoula Hound rescue, Sally.
