Emma is a Research Associate in the New York office who joined the team in 2023. She graduated from the University of Richmond with a double major in Psychology and Political Science and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Emma has a passion for understanding human behavior, relationships, and attitudes. She spent her senior year conducting a psychological study to uncover how empathy drives political polarization and serving as an undergraduate Teaching Assistant for the introductory psychology course. Her passion for people and interest in research drives her work in executive search. In her free time, Emma enjoys baking, reading mystery books, watching hockey, and taking her chocolate lab on walks on the beach in her hometown on Long Island.
