Emily is a Senior Associate based in San Francisco and has been with the Heyman team since 2019. After earning her bachelor’s degree in political science, she spent time in state and local politics in Los Angeles, beginning as a volunteer and working her way up to managing campaigns. Several years ago, Emily fell into the world of executive recruiting and never looked back. The parallels between campaign work and executive search are the things she is most passionate about: strategic thinking, problem-solving, and relationship building. She lives in SF's Parkside District with her husband, Patrick, and infant daughter, Bridget. Outside of work, she enjoys entertaining friends, making her way through the Criterion Collection, and exploring the city she calls home.
